“FaB” stands for Faith and Brennan Wyngard as duo drops “When the Sun Sets”
Harare – Zimbabwe’s celebrated husband-and-wife Afro-fusion act, FaB Fusion Duo, will officially launch their highly anticipated album Zuva Rovira upon return from a three-week musical visit to Portugal.
FaB stands for Faith and Brennan — the initials of Faith and Brennan Wyngard. Zuva Rovira, which translates to “When the Sun Sets,” is described as a “deeply moving and richly layered musical journey”. The duo says the album is their most personal project yet, recorded through “seasons of growth, travel, and reflection” and capturing themes of transition, hope, distance, and reunion.
At the heart of the album is family, legacy, love, and resilience. Beyond being a husband-and-wife musical partnership, Faith and Brennan also share the stage and studio with their son, making the creative journey “deeply rooted in generational connection”.

The album carries special emotional significance as it features guitar works by the late Nigel Wyngard — Brennan’s father — whose band later joined forces with FaB Fusion to become one musical family. With the first anniversary of his passing approaching, his contribution turns the project into “both a celebration of music and a tribute to legacy, memory, and enduring influence”.
Zuva Rovira features collaborations with Doc Simple, Mannex Motsi, Solomon, Vanny, Graig, Joe Vas, and the acclaimed FaB Ovation Band. For the launch event, FaB Fusion will partner with M&M Dance Factory, whose dancers will bring selected songs to life through choreographed performances.

The album launch is set for 13 June, 6 PM for 7 PM.
Following the success of their hit single Treble, a radio favorite after its Easter 2024 release, and CHIMDHUDHUDHU which spent 30+ weeks on Classic 263’s Top 10, FaB Fusion Duo continues to redefine Zimbabwe’s live music scene with “authenticity and originality”.
