St Georges 2nds’  winning streak came to a halt when they were silenced by Prince Edward’s Super 2nds  38- 12  in a thrilling match on Dairibord Schools Rugby Day  6.

Prince Edward Super 2nds  converted their first try from a loose play.Prince Edward’s attack was frequently through the line out .Prince Edward 2nds had been beaten by  St Johns College on Day 1 7- 12 respectively  and won on Day against Hillcrest 2nds 34- 0 respectively.

St George’s 2nds had thrashed High Achievers 36-17 on Day 1 and walloped Eaglesvale 2nds 59- 5 on Day 3 of the festival.

Meanwhile the Dairibord Girls selection team has already been chosen and will play a final at 8 am Saturday  in the Jubilee field.Also the Dairibord 15  boys will play against Eaglesvale 2nds  after the girls at the same pitch.Selected students will be battling it out for the Under 15 and under 16 national team for boys and girls respectively.
