In a “Notice of Suspension Pending Finalisation of Investigations” addressed to Mangombe, the Glamour Boys’ Board of Directors said the suspension would allow “further investigations into the plethora of allegations raised” without interference.

Allegations against Mangombe
According to the letter signed by Dynamos FC CEO, the club cited 7 areas of concern:

  1. Violating Premier Soccer League rules: Allegedly failed to instruct players to go for warm-up before the PSL match vs Highlanders on 21 June 2026 at Barbourfields Stadium.
  2. Failure to submit reports: Only 3 post-match reports submitted out of 20 games played since becoming head coach.
  3. Bringing the sport into disrepute: Actions related to match-fixing, juju use, and misconduct allegedly damage Dynamos FC’s brand and football generally.
