Prince Edward made a dramatic comeback to defeat Churchill
Prince Edward came from behind 3-14 to dismantle Churchill 22-17 at the just ended 2019 Dairibord Schools Rugby Festival in a hugely attended main match Saturday.

The much fancied Bulldogs were star- studded with rugby players who feature in the national u20 rugby team.Jeff Madhaka coached side portrayed zeal and zest at the beginning of the game.However Tigers highlighted endurance as they were in the driving seat in the 2nd half.
Prince Edward’s tour to South Africa seems to be bearing fruits as the Bulldogs failed to intimidate them.The defending champions not only clinched the title for the 3rd consecutive time but sent the message that they were taking rugby to a higher level.
Kyle is back to its old good days
Kyle had a good outing as they beat St George’s and Lomagundi 29-15 and 27-25 respectively.In the two matches they trailed to win as they depicted composure.
High- density rugby rising
High density students can play rugby differently if they are taught well .The ghetto schools had a remarkable success at the festival.On Day 2 George Stark trounced Sodbury 37-5, Mabvuku High dismissed Cranborne and Morgan 43-5 and 17-0 respectively, Dzivarasekwa smashed Lord Malvern 27-5 whilst Dzivarasekwa 2 High defeated Victoria High 27-0.
Rugby Festival attracting exhibition
Doctor Anthony Chinhara, an Orthodontist exhibited at the festival and also chipped in with prizes for the primary schools tourney. Pamphlets about Orthodontics were given out.
