Harare, – The Zimbabwe Parks and Wildlife Management Authority (ZimParks) has acknowledged recent concerns raised by visitors regarding the condition and service standards at some of the country’s tourism facilities.
In a press statement issued today, ZimParks assured the public that all feedback is taken seriously and plays a crucial role in improving the quality of their offerings and ensuring memorable experiences for guests.
“We are currently engaging the relevant teams and partners to address these concerns,” reads the statement.
ZimParks reaffirmed its commitment to upholding the highest standards of hospitality, safety, and conservation across all its parks and resorts. The authority also expressed gratitude to the public for its ongoing support and understanding as improvements are implemented.
“We appreciate the continued support and understanding of the public as we work towards enhancing the experience across all our parks,” the statement added.
