Freeman, Baba Harare & Mark Ngwazi nominated twice in 21st NAMA Music Awards

Freeman, Baba Harare & Mark Ngwazi have benn nominated twice in the 21st NAMA Music Awards for the outsanding male muscian and oustanding album categories in a list released on Tuesday by the organisers.

Mark Ngwazi , Braveman Chizvino Mawanza aka Baba Harare Energy Silvester Chizanga aka Freeman were nominated for the oustanding muscian award whilst their albums Zimbabwean Giant by Baba Harare David and Goliath Freeman and Nharo Nezvine Nharo by Mark Ngwazi were nominated for the oustanding album award making the trio be nominated more than others.

Freeman went on to rule the roost in the Music Awards nominations after his collaboration with Chris Martin Zimbabwean Queen was nominated in the oustanding song category.

3 nominees were listed in each category. Nine awards categories Dance Awards, Visual Arts Awards, Spoken Word Awards, Media Awards, Theatre Awards, Literary Awards, Film and Television Awards, Music Awards and Special Awards with subcategories.

NAMA Awards fir the 21st edition wil be held at Harare International Conference (HICC)on 25 February.
