Simba Bhora and Golden Eagles will square off on Saturday at Rufaro Stadium in Axis Solutions Super 8 Cup final and the match has been described as a must watch game.
Axis Solutions Super 8 Cup is a tournament that started after the first half of the season in the Zifa Northern Region Division One league with top eight teams drawn to play against each other.
The cup final will see Simba Bhora and Golden Eagles locking horns in a Pan African ICT company Axis Solutions sponsored tournament.
The two teams fought energetic for the promotion to the top-flight league Castle Premier Soccer League and Simba Bhora booked the ticket .
Golden Eagles came third in the Division One League after Herentals U20 but gave Simba Bhora a run for their money.
In an interview, Simba Bhora head coach Arthur Tutani sai they are ready for the game and it is a must watch game for football fans.
“We train the way we want to play and this has been what we have been working on”, said Tutani. ” It is all about the best team winning and we have been working on our shortcomings so have been Golden Eagles, I understand”, he added
He said his team is injury free and have been working on the game module. “Those who want entertainment should come and watch the match which promises to be tense”, he said. He also said those who will miss the match would have lost a lot.
“Northern Region is the best well run and competetive league so fans will enjoy the match”, he said.
The match kicks off at 1500 hours.
Gates open at 9 am and there will be live performances by various artists from 10am-2pm and 6pm-7pm.
Artists line up ate Sulu, Baba Harare, Hwinza, Ndunge Yut, Fantan, Levels, Ras Caleb and DJ Ribhe.
The gate charges are US$3 for the ordinary ticket and US$10 for VIP.
