Tussling and shooting was the order of the day at the 2 day National Castle Africa 5’s finals at Mount Pleasant Sports Club Harare over the weekend, choosing country’s representative for the regional competitions .
14 teams nationwide battled it out to represent the country in Tanzania with the international showcase to be held in Spain.
In the semi finals at Mount Pleasant Sports Club, Walle locked horns against Mkoba Select whilst whilst Titan squared off against Bootleggers.
Mkoba beat Walle 5-3 whilst Titan thrashed Bootleggers 5-0 in the for the final slot.
According to FIFA, five aside is suitable for retired players whilst beach soccer is for those undergoing injury rehabilitation although the events are open to everyone .
