Ecstatic Dynamos FC head coach Lloyd “Mablanyo”Chigowe over 2-0 win on Sunday against Caps Utd FC in Charity Shield Cup has blasted sections of Dynamos fans suggesting that the club’s sponsors have taken over the team.

Hullabaloo has arisen whether Dynamos ‘s sponsors Gold Leaf Tobacco has bought Dynamos.The Gold Leaf Tobacco is sponsoring the Harare giants through their Rudland and George cigarette brand.
The speculation rose after the Glamour boys fans saw banners and T-shirts printed RG Dynamos at the unveiling ceremony of the sponsor.
However Mablanyo has castigated the views that Dynamos FC has been sold and labelled the views as bad axis likely to derail progress at Dynamos.
“Dynamos had been without sponsor as the opening of the 2091 PSL season progressed and with Gold Leaf Tobacco on board , fans must be happy”, he said.
“Sponsors come with their conditions and here, they are marketing their cigarette brand Rudland and George hence RG before Dynamos for people to know about the brand.It is incorrect to say Dynamos has been bought as it is a registered company”, he added.
Social media had been awash with views that Dynamos may have been sold.The team lifted the Charity Shield Cup on Sunday .
