
Zimbabwe’s tennis ace and World no. 438 Takanyi Garanganga defeated Czech Republic Michael Vrbensky 6-4,6-4 in ITF Pro-Circuit played in Oberentfelden ,Switzerland on Wednesday.

Czech Republicc’s Vrbensky was the first to serve and made double faults thus giving Garangagnga a lead of 40-0 in the first game of the 1st set.Vrbensky made a comeback making the scoreline 40-30 in favour of Garangaga who managed to break the serve.
Vrbensky who scored an impressive point to win the 2nd started to serve also broke Garanganga ‘s serve.He won the third game whilst Garanganga held his serve to make the score 2:2.Takanyi Garanganga later on took the the game to lead by two in Set 1.
Michael Vrbensky didn’t give up, and the score was 5:4 in the 1st set before Garanganga took the opening set 6:4.
In the second test Garanganga started by leading 2-0.Michael Vrbensky reduced the deficit as he still trailed 2:1.Michael Vrbensky made a come back to take control in set number 2. After trailing 1:2, Michael Vrbensky lead by a score of 3:2
Garanganga made a come back to lead 5:3 before Michael Vrbensky hreduced the deficit but still trailing 5:4. Superb serve, Ace from Takanyi Garanganga at the end made the match tough for Michael Vrbensky
Granga proved a hard nut to crack as he played a spirited game , giving his opponent no chance to win any set in the R 32 match.
