Nyasha Mushekwi’s Dalian Yifang promoted to Super League

Former Mamelodi Sundowns striker Nyasha Mushekwi’s Dalian Yifang has been promoted to the Chinese Super League from  League  One Division with the super star leading the goal scorers with 14 goals in 27 league games.

The club claimed before the start of the season that gaining promotion to the Super Lague was their goal and at one time met with Smual Eto’o but it was futile.

Nyasha Mushekwi the Zimbabwean player is worthy 1.4 million euro but  he no longer turns up for his home country due to a fall out with the football association back home.Mushekwi who scored the 100th goal for the club and  is the most notable player at the club.Dalian  Yifang amassed 58 points in 27 games and is followed  Beijing Renhe with 56 points at the second position of the log.

Nyasha Mushekwi’s club was automatically promoted in the Super Lague with 2 matches yet to compete.

The centre forward played for a Zimbabwean club  Caps United in 2007- 2010 before moving to Mamelodi Sundowns in 2010 up to 2016. At Mamaelodi Sundowns he was loaned to Ooestende in Belgium in 2013 to 2014 before moving to a Swedish club Djurgadens IF   also on loan in 2015. He played at Sundowns in 2016 before going to Dalian Yifang the same year.

Chinese football has evolved recently with many star players being attracted to the league which pays handsomely.
