Joseph Makamba Busha 54 Races for Peace and Unity in Africa(JM Busha 54) , the brainchild of Joseph Makamba Busha will bankroll Zimbabwe Peace Pledge Marathon pencilled for 25 May this year at National Sports Stadium in Harare.
Joseph Makamba Busha the driving force behind this initiative , is a Zimbabwean national and ardent athlete.He is an ex banker, Financial Market Analyst, Asset Management and Investement expert.He has strong believes that is one of the key elements for transformative human capital developments as well as collective security.
JM Busha 45 Races seeks to nurture individuals who believe there is connection between peace, justice , stability and development.The Zimbabwe Peace Pledge Marathon is being held in conjuction with the National Athletes Association and the Zimbabwe Olympic Committee.This initiave will promote peace and unity through education,arts,culture,music and sport.
It will also strive to foster athletes from grassroots level and push as many as possible to the Olympics.Similar events like the one scheduled for the National Sports Stadium which is expected to attract thousands of participants are held in other Souther Africa countries.
