Mugabe cartoon at Photo exhibition

Sport not only entertains but also informs as heralded by a cartoon exhibit at the Zimbabwe Union of Journalists photography’s launch.

A cartoon depicts President Mugabe dribbling the war veterans showing that the former pals no longer support each other. The photographic exhibition which runs under the theme, “Human Rights, Zimbabwe in Pictures”, runs for a week from the 21st of April. Sport has paraded many celebrates around the globe with their images on T- shirts or jerseys a marketing tool for many.

At the moment  Manchester United tops the  10 most expensive Kit Deals at $75 million with Adidas.Chelsea is at fourth  at a deal of $34 million. Soccer has a lot of marketing turnover thus the cartoonist sympathizes with President Mugabe as the war veterans’ demands need a performing person like a soccer play.

Sport  can  reach to thousands as it is richly followed and can play  a major role in spreading human rights.
