Zimbabwe national team coach Kalisto Pasuwa has recalled some of the players who have been fingered in media stories as allegedly involved with on – going match fixing scandal.
AMH football reported that players like Partson Jaure who have been allegedly linked to the match fixing scam were mentioned in the Warriors squad. Zimbabwe plays Swaziland in Mbabane on 25 March in the first leg of the Africa Cup of Nations 2017.
It is alleged that Zifa board member, Edzai Kasinauyo, former Zifa CEO Henrietta Rushwaya and assistant coach, Nation Dube among others have been working in cahoots to fix the Warriors Afcon qualifiers against Swaziland.
