PSL mourns Eric Rosen

Premier Soccer League has joined the rest in the football circles and Eric Rosen’s family and friends in mourning the dear departed gentleman who was the owner of now defunct Motor Action football club.
In a press statement PSL expressed great shock and was deeply saddened by the passing away of Mr Eric Rosen.”We would like to extend our most sincere condolences to Elizabeth Rosen and family. May the Lord be with you and comfort you and your family this time of grieve”, read the statement.
PSL portrayed Mr Rosen as one of the pillars of the development of the PSL since 200. “He was a dedicated and passionate football leader and a fearless administrator who stood for what he believed was the best for the game”, read the statement.
He produced talented players like Clement Matawu, Prince Matore, Marloni Jani and Musiwenkosi Mguni to mention but a few. Mr Rosen and his wife Elizabeth developed a professional football club that was a role model to many clubs. The Rosens together with Mr Siman Jamanda took the development of football to the City of Mutare.
The PSL attracted a number of sponsors during the time of Rosen was a member of the Executive Committee responsible for marketing .Eric together with his colleagues worked tirelessly to bring Super Sport International to cover the PSL football matches.
